Welcome to PicLoy (“we”, “us”), an independent gallery of free, AI-generated wallpapers operated by IbouAI. By accessing or using picloy.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The images

Most images on the Site are generated by artificial intelligence; a smaller number are photographs we took ourselves. Each image is labelled “AI” or “Photo” on its page. We do not set out to depict real, identifiable people or third-party trademarked works, and any such resemblance in an AI-generated image is unintended — but AI models can produce it anyway, so see section 4 if you believe an image should be removed.

2. License & permitted use

Images are released under CC0 1.0 — see our License page. To the extent we hold rights in them, we waive those rights: you may use, edit and redistribute them for any purpose, personal or commercial, with no attribution and no permission. CC0 waives only our copyright — it grants no trademark or publicity rights and is not a warranty that an image is free of every third-party right, so check an image against your own intended use. Nothing here permits unlawful, hateful, or defamatory use.

3. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to disrupt or abuse the Site, including automated scraping that degrades service, attempts to breach security, or any use that violates applicable law. We may limit or suspend access that harms the Site or other users.

4. Intellectual property & removal

The Site’s name, layout, and original text are ours. If you believe an image infringes a right you hold, or depicts you, email [email protected] with the image URL, what the image conflicts with, and how to reach you — the Report button on each image page opens the same email with those details filled in. We review every request promptly and remove anything that should not be here. Copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled, which is why we act quickly rather than waiting on a formal process.

5. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits; you can manage preferences via our cookie banner and Google’s Ads Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Site and its images are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or the images.
